1. About Frissa
Frissa is a software tool for beauty professionals and other service providers. Frissa helps professionals manage client information, document appointments, and send follow-up communication.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Frissa.
You are responsible for how you use Frissa and for all data you upload, store, or send through the service. You must ensure that your use of Frissa complies with applicable laws and regulations.
When you use Frissa with your clients’ personal data, you are the Data Controller. Frissa acts as the Data Processor on your behalf.
You are solely responsible for obtaining any consent required to collect, store, and use customer information, including notes, images, and follow-up communication.
You may only upload and store customer images or other personal data if you have a valid legal basis to do so. Images and customer data may not be used for facial recognition, model training, or any unrelated purpose.
We aim to keep Frissa available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Frissa may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, email delivery, or other core functionality. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by those providers.
9. Subscription and Payments
Frissa is offered as a paid subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or use Frissa in a way that creates legal, security, or operational risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frissa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Frissa during the 12 months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Frissa after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
